The Motor Neurone Disease Association based in Gladesville Hospital received one of the 23 grants by the Newman’s Own Foundation to charities across Australia.  The Association will use the $48,500 it received to purchase specialized equipment such as special telephones and remote controls, electric beds and wheelchairs and hands-free computer mice, that can be borrowed by people with the disease. … more »
