CPTV to air "The Power of Giving: Philanthropy" featuring Paul Newman

Tune in to Connecticut Public Television (CPTV) on Thursday, December 17, 8:00-9:00 p.m., to watch THE POWER OF GIVING: PHILANTHROPY.  This one-hour documentary explores the impact that philanthropy and charitable initiatives have had on today’s culture and the role that personal generosity plays in meeting the needs of society. The achievements of our founder Paul Newman and other notable Connecticut philanthropists will be highlighted.

If you miss the premiere on December 17, the broadcast will air again on the following dates:
Friday, December 18 at 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 20, at 2:30 p.m.
Monday, December 21, at 11:00 p.m.

The program will also be available online beginning December 18.
