New hope is on the way for thousands of starving people just 500 miles away from Florida in Haiti.  Thanks to Newman’s Own Foundation, founded by legendary actor Paul Newman, Hope for Haiti was awarded a $30,000 grant to help purchase a mobile medical vehicle.  Organizers say the vehicle will allow Hope for Haiti to drive in rugged terrain and bring doctors, medicine and food to 30,000 people a year. … more »
