Paul Newman's $10 Million to Aid Needy Kenyon Students

Actor Paul Newman, arguably the most famous graduate of Kenyon College, has pledged $10 million to help low-income students attend his alma mater.

The money from the Oscar winner — who grew up in Shaker Heights - and his Newman’s Own Foundation will provide full and partial scholarships to first-generation, minority and other students who need help attending Kenyon, where individual costs for the next school year total $44,390. … more »
